📖 Context Practice: At the Airport

Look around! The airport is buzzing with energy right now. I am standing near the terminal and watching the people. A large group of tourists is waiting for their flight to London. They are checking their passports and talking loudly.

Over there, a young man is running because he is losing his time. He is carrying two heavy suitcases. Behind him, a businesswoman is typing something on her laptop while she is drinking her latte. Outside the window, the ground crew is preparing the airplane for departure. The pilots are entering the cockpit, and the fuel truck is driving away.

Are you listening to that announcement? Someone is asking for a passenger named Mr. Smith. It is getting late, and more people are arriving at the gate. My friend is not coming today because he is feeling unwell. I am taking some photos of this moment because the sunset is looking beautiful through the glass.
